Section 19:4-9.17 - Written decision and records

A written decision on an application for a variance shall be rendered in accordance with the procedure specified in N.J.A.C. 19:4-4.1 4. The Chief Engineer shall maintain complete records of all actions with respect to applications for variances, including technical information, and shall report any variances to the Federal Emergency Management Agency upon request.
