Section 19:4-9.16 - Conditions

Upon consideration of the factors of N.J.A.C. 19:4-9.1 4(a) and the purposes of this chapter, the decision may impose such conditions to the granting of variances as deemed necessary to reduce or minimize any potentially injurious effect of such variance upon other property in the neighborhood, and to carry out the general purpose and intent of this chapter. Failure to comply with any of the conditions or restrictions placed on a variance shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
