Section 640.570 - Use of license; misrepresentation prohibited A licensee shall not misrepresent his or her:
1. Professional qualifications;4. The licenses or professional qualifications of:(a) The institutions and organizations with which the licensee is associated; or(b) Any person whom the licensee supervises in the course of his or her professional duties.Nev. Admin. Code § 640.570
