Section 640.560 - Display of license; practice under name on license
1. A licensee shall display his or her current license in all locations where the licensee works, in a place that is easily visible or readily accessible by the public. If the licensee works in the field, a copy of his or her license, either printed or in electronic format, must be readily accessible to present to the public if requested.
2. The Board interprets "a location which is accessible to the public," as used in subsection 3 of NRS 640.110, to mean a prominent display.
3. A licensee shall not practice physical therapy under any name other than the name on his or her license.
