Section 598.170 - Copies of transcript1. A party may purchase a copy of the transcript of a hearing from the official certified court reporter upon payment of the costs and fees charged by the official court reporter for preparing the transcript.2. A party who files a petition for judicial review pursuant to chapter 233B of NRS may purchase a copy of the transcript of the hearing at an amount equivalent to the costs or fees charged by the official reporter for preparing the transcript.Nev.
