Section 598.168 - Retention of record of hearing; availability of copy

The stenographic record or sound recording of a hearing will be retained for 90 days after the date of the decision and order, at which time it will be destroyed or reused, unless a petition for judicial review has been filed pursuant to chapter 233B of NRS. A copy of the sound recording will be made available to a party upon request.
