Section 598.134 - Interveners1. A person other than the original parties to the proceeding, who believes that he or she may be directly and substantially affected by the proceeding, may seek an order for leave to intervene in the proceeding by filing a written motion to intervene with the hearing officer.2. The granting of leave to intervene or otherwise appear in any matter or proceeding is not construed to be a finding or determination that the person will or may be a party aggrieved by any ruling, order or decision of the hearing officer for the purposes of judicial review.Nev.
