Section 598.132 - Conduct of parties1. All persons appearing in or attending a proceeding before the hearing officer shall conduct themselves in a respectful manner.2. If the behavior of a person interferes with the orderly conduct of the hearing, the hearing officer may order the person to cease the improper behavior. Such an order must be made part of the record.3. If the improper behavior continues or resumes, the hearing officer may exclude the person from the hearing.Nev. Admin. Code § 598.132
