Section 453D.690 - Sufficiency of mechanical ventilation

Each marijuana product manufacturing facility shall ensure that it provides mechanical ventilation of sufficient capacity as necessary to keep rooms free of excessive heat, steam, condensation, vapors, obnoxious odors, smoke and fumes.
