Section 453D.658 - Requirements and restrictions on use of nonmarijuana ingredients1. Each marijuana product manufacturing facility shall ensure that it obtains nonmarijuana ingredients for marijuana products from sources that comply with the requirements of federal and state law and regulations and are approved by the Department, including, without limitation, commercial and retail businesses.2. A marijuana product manufacturing facility shall not use or prepare nonmarijuana ingredients prepared or stored in a private home.Nev. Admin. Code § 453D.658
