Section 163-3-010 - Swimmers

Under the authority of and in compliance with sections 37308, 37-1266, and 37-1268, R.R.S. 1993, the following regulations in regard to swimming rules are prescribed by Nebraska Game and Parks Commission and are effective following enactment by the Game and Parks Commission, approval by the Attorney General and Governor, and when five days have elapsed since filing with the Secretary of State.

010.01 Swimmers shall not swim or bathe in any marinas or within twenty yards of launching, mooring, or docking areas.
