Section 163-3-009 - Motorboat Operators

Under the authority of and in compliance with sections 37308, 37-1208, 37-1266, and 37-1268, R.R.S. 1993, the following regulations in regard to motorboat operator rules are prescribed by Nebraska Game and Parks Commission and are effective following enactment by the Game and Parks Commission, approval by the Attorney General and Governor, and when five days have elapsed since filing with the Secretary of State.

009.01 Children under fourteen shall not operate motorboats of any class whether accompanied by an adult or not. Owner of motorboats shall at all times be held responsible that children under fourteen shall not operate a motorboat owned by them.
