Rule 38.5.2702 - DEFINITIONS(1) "Regulated telecommunications service" means two-way switched, voice grade access and transport of communications originating and terminating in this state and nonvoice grade access and transport if intended to be converted to or from voice-grade access and transport including any service, terms, charges or condition associated with or imposed to acquire or maintain regulated telecommunications service.(2) Regulated telecommunications service does not include the provision of: (a) terminal equipment used to originate or terminate regulated telecommunications service;(b) private telecommunications service as defined at 69-3-804, MCA;(c) resale of telecommunications service;(d) one-way transmission of television signals;(e) cellular communication; or(f) radio paging or mobile radio service.Mont.
