Section 39-4-II-3-110

Any renewable energy credits (RECs) created by the DGIC are and shall remain the property of the DGIC, unless otherwise approved by the Commission. The EU shall not charge any back-up, standby, or Exit Fees to a DGIC, unless otherwise approved by the Commission.
