If the EU finds that the DGF cannot be interconnected with minimal modifications to the EDS, the EU shall provide the Interconnection Customer a letter explaining its reasons for denying the Interconnection Request. The Interconnection Customer may submit a new Interconnection Request for consideration under a Level 3 interconnection review.
