If the DGF fails one or more of the Level 2 screening criteria but the EU determines that minimal modifications to the EDS would enable the DGF to interconnect safely and reliably, the EU shall provide the Interconnection Customer a DGF Interconnection Agreement within 5 business days of making that determination.
