All employees of the MSVA will report directly to assigned supervisor and perform duties as assigned in accordance with position in which employed as outlined in Slate Personnel Board job descriptions.B. The Executive Director is responsible for requesting, from the State Personnel Board, a list of eligibles for positions to be filled and will interview those applicants to determine their suitability for the position being filled.C.
