Rule 25-102-2.6 - Managers of Major Functional Areas and Managers of the State Veterans HomesA. Managers of major functional areas of the Administrative Office and Managers (Administrator) of the Stale Veterans Homes will report to the Executive Director or the Deputy Executive Director, or as assigned. Duties will be as prescribed by the Stale Personnel Board.B. In recruiting for the above positions, the Board shall first recruit for individuals who are veterans. If no suitably qualified individual is found, the Board will the open recruitment to any veteran regardless of period of service. If there is still no suitably or better qualified individual that is a Veleran. The Board will open recruitment to include non-veterans.25 Miss. Code. R. 102-2.6
