Rule 15-3-1-1.2.7 - Trauma/Burn/Tertiary Pediatric Trauma Center Designation Renewal

Hospitals desiring renewal of designation must submit an application no later than 120 days prior to expiration of designation. The Department will acknowledge receipt of the application within 30 days to the applicant hospital and begin the designation process as provided by this regulation
