Rule 1-14-1-4.03 - Registration by Coordination or QualificationA.Initial. Filers shall submit to the Division an initial registration fee of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).B.Re-registration. Registration is effective for one (1) year after its effective date. Filers may re-register a security by paying the registration fee of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) annually.C.Termination.
