Section LXVII-5711 - TerminationsA. A developer who wishes to terminate an association with a sales registrant shall return the registrant's sales registration certificate to the commission along with a properly executed transfer form as provided by the commission.B. A sales registrant who wishes to terminate an association with a developer shall request, in writing, that the developer return that registrant's sales registration certificate to the commission, and shall sign the appropriate transfer form as proof of the request.C. A sales registrant may transfer to another developer upon submission of a property executed transfer form signed by both the registrant and a designated representative of the developer.
