Section LXVII-5709 - Automatic Suspension for Non-RenewalA. If a developer's timeshare registration is suspended or revoked, no sales of timeshare interests in that project may be conducted by that developer, by any timeshare sales registrant working for that developer, or by any licensed real estate broker or salesperson working with that developer.La.
