Section VII-1115 - Assisting in or Notification of ViolationsA. No licensee or their employee, agent, or representative shall assist another person in violating any provision of the Act or these regulations; any order, authorization or approval from the board or division; or the internal controls. Such assistance shall constitute a violation of these regulations.B. It is incumbent upon a licensee or their employee, agent, or representative to promptly notify the division of any possible violation of any federal, state or municipal law, the Act, these regulations, any order, authorization or approval from the board or division, or the internal controls.La.
