Section VII-1103 - Refusal to AnswerA. Refusal to provide information to, answer questions of, or cooperate in any investigation by the division or board, or a claim of privilege with respect to any testimony or evidence, may constitute sufficient grounds for denial of the application or administrative action including revocation, suspension, and penalty.La.
