Section CXLV-705 - University Partnership SchoolA. BESE may direct that a school transferred from an LEA to the RSD be operated by the RSD in partnership with a University Partnership School, under the auspices of the RSD.B. In providing for the operation of schools within its jurisdiction, at any time the RSD seeks participation by a college or university or a consortium of colleges and universities to provide for the operation of any school or group of schools, then colleges and universities that historically were established to provide education for African American students in the state shall be included in any opportunity to participate.La.
