Section CXLV-703 - Type 5 Charter SchoolA. BESE may direct that a school transferred from an LEA to the RSD be operated by a nonprofit organization holding a charter for a type 5 charter school, under the auspices of the RSD.B. The RSD superintendent may require Type 5 charter schools to utilize a unified hearing office established by the recovery school district for student expulsion hearings. Type 5 charter schools shall comply with all policies and procedures established by the RSD to implement this requirement.La. Admin. Code tit. 28, § CXLV-703
