Rule 193E-18.3 - Initiation of disciplinary investigations

The commission may initiate a licensee disciplinary investigation upon the commission's receipt of information suggesting that a licensee may have violated a law or rule enforced by the commission which, if true, would constitute a ground for licensee discipline.
