Rule 191-73.24 - Solvency

In the event a HIPC becomes insolvent, the division shall maintain jurisdiction of the HIPC for purposes of protection of the interests of the HIPC participants and the health insurance carriers and health benefit plans pursuant to the pertinent sections of Iowa Code chapter 507C.
