Rule 191-73.23 - Hearing and appeal

Prior to denying an application or a renewal application or suspending or revoking a certificate issued under this chapter, a certificate holder shall be provided with written notice of the commissioner's decision and provided an opportunity for a hearing and a right to appeal as provided in rule 191-31. (17A,502,505) and Iowa Code chapter 17A.
