Section 17-1422-3 - Eligibility requirements(a) In order to be eligible for courtesy services, the person needing the assistance or in whose behalf the assistance is being asked shall not qualify for the assistance under the department's eligibility requirements for the particular activity and shall not have access to other resources to provide the assistance.(b) The repatriate whose eligibility for assistance under the temporary assistance for repatriates program is confirmed by the income maintenance section of the department shall be eligible for courtesy services as specified in section 17-1422-4(b).[Eff 6/29/92] (Auth: HRS § 346-14) (Imp: HRS § 346-14; 45 C.F.R. §212.3 )
