The fees for electrologists shall be as provided in this section:
| (1) Application fee | $ 50 |
| (2) Examination and other examination related fees as determined by agreement between the department and a professional testing service | |
| (3) Original license fee: | $ 25 |
| (A) First year of the biennium (original license fee, plus one-half of the biennial renewal fee) | $ 50 |
| (B) Second year of the biennium (original license fee) | $ 25 |
| (4) Renewal fee | $ 50 |
| (5) Inactive fee and reactivation fee | $ 10 |
| (6) Restoration fee | $ 50 |
| (7) Duplicate license fee | $ 10 |
| (8) Compliance resolution fund fee: | |
| (A) Compliance resolution fund fee | $ 35 |
| (B) Annual compliance resolution fund fee | $ 35 |
| (C) Biennial compliance resolution fund fee | $ 70 |
