The fees for the board of electricians and plumbers shall be as provided in this section:
| (1) Application fee | $ 40 |
| (2) Examination and other examination related fees for electricians and plumbers as determined by agreement between the board and a professional testing service | |
| (3) Original license fee | $ 40 |
| (4) License fees: | |
| (A) Plumbers | |
| (i) First year of the biennium (original license fee, plus one-half of the biennial renewal fee) | $ 80 |
| (ii) Second year of the biennium (original license fee) | $ 40 |
| (B) Electricians | |
| (i) First year of the triennium (original license fee, plus two-thirds of the triennial renewal fee) | $ 120 |
| (ii) Second year of the triennium (original license fee, plus one-third of the triennial renewal fee) | $ 80 |
| (iii) Third year of the triennium (original license fee) | $ 40 |
| (5) Biennial renewal fee for plumbers | $ 80 |
| (6) Triennial renewal fee for electricians | $ 120 |
| (7) Inactive fee | $ 10 |
| (8) Reactivation fee | $ 30 |
| (9) Restoration fees for failure to renew a license shall be a penalty fee of $100 and all delinquent fees. | |
| (10) Compliance resolution fund: | |
| (A) Compliance resolution fund fee | $ 35 |
| (B) Annual compliance resolution fund fee | $ 35 |
| (C) Biennial compliance resolution fund fee | $ 70 |
| (D) Triennial compliance resolution fund fee | $ 105 |
