Section 15-15-06.1 - Hearings officer(a) The commission may appoint a hearings officer pursuant to section 92-16, HRS.(b) If for any reason the hearings officer designated is unable to complete a hearing, the commission, without abatement of the proceedings, may assign the matter to another hearings officer.Haw.
