Section 14-52-11 - Plan administrator(a) The plan shall be administered by the director and third-party administrator in a nondiscriminatory manner and in accordance with the Code and other applicable state laws.(b) The plan is intended to not discriminate in favor of highly compensated individuals or key employees with respect to eligibility to participate, contributions, and benefits.
