Section 14-52-10 - Plan administrator(a) The State, through the director, shall be the named fiduciary responsible for administration of the plan.(b) The director shall be the administrator of the plan and may contract with a third-party administrator to perform recordkeeping, communications, and the day-to-day operations of the plan. The director may delegate any of the director's powers or duties under the plan in writing to the third-party administrator or any other person or entity.
