Section 11-186-76 - Statement of reasons(a) If the agency's final decision on a certificate of need is inconsistent with a reconimendation, the agency shall send to the subarea council, the countywide review committee, the review panel, or the statewide council that made the recommendation a written explanation for the inconsistency.(b) If the agency's final decision is inconsistent with the goals of the state health plan, the agency shall send a written explanation for the inconsistency to the subarea council or countywide review committee that reviewed the application, the review panel, and the statewide council.
