Rule 5-E908 - SCHOOL GOVERNANCE

908.1

Each public charter school shall be governed by a Board of Trustees elected or selected pursuant to the charter granted to the school. The Board of Trustees shall be legally responsible for the economic and educational viability of the public charter school.
