Rule 5-E907 - UNAUTHORIZED OPERATION OF A SCHOOL AS A PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL

907.1

Applicants/interim trustees who open a school in the name of "public charter school" in the District of Columbia without full approval of the chartering authority may be subject to criminal penalties.
