An MA-C with an active certification may request to be placed on inactive status.
While on inactive status, an MA-C shall not be subject to the renewal fee and shall not practice, attempt to practice, or offer to practice as an MA-C in the District of Columbia.
To reactivate an inactive status, an applicant shall meet the requirements of § 9507.
