Rule 15-613 - FORMAL HEARINGS

613.1

A formal complaint shall conform to the requirements of § 324. Formal hearings shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures in § 325.

613.2

Within two (2) Business Days of the filing of the Complaint, the Office of the Commission Secretary shall notify and provide the affected a Notice of hearings sent by first-class mail postage prepaid to the Complainant(s), the PSP, the ANC Chairperson and Single Member District ANC Commissioner of the community in which the instrument is located, local civic association chair (if any), OPC, and the MPD District in which the instrument(s) is located or proposed to be located. The notice shall state that OPC is available to assist and/or represent the complainant.
