Each occupied unit shall be inspected annually by the Project Owner. A written notice of inspection shall be given to the tenant at least two (2) days in advance.
Tenant-caused damage discovered during this inspection shall be assessed to the tenant after completion of the repairs in accordance with § 5760 of this chapter.
