Section 13b-96-24 - Order of service(a) Each certificate holder and taxicab driver shall accommodate passengers in the order of their request for service.(b) Passengers engaging a taxicab service shall have the right to exclusive use of the vehicle.(c) No certificate holder or taxi driver shall refuse to accommodate passengers based on length of trip for service.Conn.
