(1) All reservations for accommodations should be made in advance. It is the traveler's responsibility to verify that the rate charged is the rate negotiated. Reimbursement for accommodations shall not exceed the amount charged for "standard" accommodations. If accommodations are included as a part of a registration fee, the board must be satisfied that the rate for such accommodations is fair and reasonable before reimbursement or payment is approved.(2) Reimbursement is prohibited if lodging is included in the cost of registration for a conference or seminar.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1518, eff. 3/29/2024.
