Section 10.056 - Posting RequirementsA permittee shall:
(1) inform its employees in its permitted facility of the existence of both 360 CMR 10.000 and the permittee's Sewer Use Discharge Permit, and shall post one copy of each on the facility's bulletin board or in such other conspicuous location as the Authority may allow;(2) post at the permitted facility a permanent notice that is clearly visible at all times which identifies:(a) the individual(s) at the facility who is responsible for ensuring compliance with 360 CMR 10.000 and the permittee's Sewer Use Discharge Permit; and(b) the individual(s) at the facility to be notified in the event of an Upset or other episode requiring notice to the Authority.(3) give a copy of its Sewer Use Discharge Permit to each employee working in its Pretreatment operations.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1399, eff. 9/6/2019.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1526, eff. 7/19/2024.
