Section 30.824 - Issuance of Transporter License(1) After the close of the public comment period, the Department shall, by first-class mail, give notice of its final license determination to the applicant and to each person who has submitted written comments, or has otherwise requested notice of the final determination.(2) A final license determination shall become effective 21 days after the date of the notice of determination given pursuant to 310 CMR 30.824(1), unless a request for adjudicatory hearing is made pursuant to M.G.L. c. 21C, and M.G.L. c. 30A, and 310 CMR 1.00.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1522, eff. 5/24/2024.
