Section 30.823 - Additional Conditions of Transport LicensesThe following additional conditions apply to all transport licenses:
(1) The transporter shall not contract with any subcontractor to perform any of the activities authorized by its transport license.(2) The transporter shall ensure that all vehicles which it uses for transporting hazardous waste shall bear prominent markings identifying the vehicle and its owner and operator, and all other markings, including placards, required by statute or regulation.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1522, eff. 5/24/2024.
