Section 1.600 - Discovery(1) ORI encourages all parties to engage in voluntary discovery.(2) The Case Management Provider must give the appellant or authorized representative reasonable opportunity to examine and copy or photocopy the entire content of the case file and all other documents and records to be used by the Case Management Provider at the hearing.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1328, eff. 12/16/2016.
