Section 11.04 - Non-discrimination(1) HCAP eligibility and other program requirements shall be applied without regard to the sex, sexual orientation, race, religious creed, color, ancestry, or national origin of the individual applying for services.(2) No individual shall be excluded or found ineligible solely on the basis of the type of their disability, provided, however, that individuals who are legally blind shall be referred for services to the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind.(3) HCAP services may only be delivered in Massachusetts.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1489, eff. 2/17/2023.
