Section 11.03 - Referral and Application(1) Any person, agency or organization may notify the Commission of an individual who may be in need of homemaking services.(2) HCAP referral and application policies shall be written and available to the public.(3) Upon request, applicants shall be provided written referral and application policies.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1489, eff. 2/17/2023.
