Section 140.403 - Dental Policies and Procedures(A) Each clinic offering dental services shall have a written policy providing for the referral of patients to other health care providers as necessary for services that are not part of the clinic's services.(B) Each clinic shall have policies and procedures for recalling patients on a periodic basis as appropriate for the patient's needs for dental care maintenance procedures.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1443, eff. 5/14/2021.
